How it Works

Upon receipt of your enquiry, a member of our team will be in touch to find out more about you as an agent, your experience to date and your vision for the future of the industry. If our visions align and your chosen locations are available, we’ll be delighted to confirm your role as a Prime & Place agent.

1. Finding Your Prime & Place Location

We’ll finalise the postcodes in which you’ll operate as a Prime & Place agent and agree the naming of your dedicated area, for example Prime & Place Leeds. We’ll also set up your email address and any other information for your franchise.

2. Property Management CRM

Our development team will integrate your property management CRM. As standard, we use Reapit CRM as our principal platform, but can discuss alternative requirements on a case-by-case basis. We’ll carry out full testing to ensure your property management system is seamlessly linked up with the Prime & Place website, so you can focus on raising your profile and securing those higher-end instructions.

3. Prime & Place Media Portal

We’ll grant you access to our media portal, our intuitive media platform that allows you to edit a vast range of marketing materials quickly and easily with your own custom content and photography. In just a few clicks, you can create customised business cards, property particulars, social media assets, etc – everything you need. These can be exported as digital documents for online use or set directly to print through our system. The system also allows you to export media as print-ready files to take to your own supplier – all with the printing specifications included.

4. Your Franchise Microsite

We’ll develop a microsite for your franchise within the main Prime & Place website. Following a short interview call, we’ll create optimised content about your franchise, including your local knowledge, expertise, team and the benefits of the surrounding area. We’ll populate your microsite with your content along with supplied imagery and announce the launch of your franchise on the national Prime & Place digital channels.

5. Signage & Materials

We’ll design and supply printed copies of the signature brochure and signage suite required for the set-up of your physical Prime & Place office. We’ll make personalised recommendations based on your space and ways of working on how to best incorporate the Prime & Place branding with your existing estate agency. We’ll also grant access to the Prime & Place social media accounts for your area.

6. Training & Guidance

All of the above will be discussed with you in an introductory call with our marketing partner. Once you have access to all the platform, we deliver a full training session on our marketing portal, guidance on how best to run your social media accounts and how to deploy your properties to the Prime & Place website in the correct way.
